Unfortunately, my air conditioning was beyond annoying. It kept dropping and the staff didn’t seem to care. I felt completely overlooked during my stay, which left me disappointed and frustrated.

The room was decent. Lots of amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Nice to have a walk-in shower and hairdryer. The spa facilities were a great touch. The staff was supportive, helping me with taxi arrangements. a comfortable and convenient stay!

The culinary adventure in Jalandhar was unforgettable, with epic finds at The Great Kabab Factory and Pirates Of Grill. You can’t miss the delectable marinated meats! Despite the hiccups, the restaurant staff earned their stripes in hospitality, another reason to cheer them on.

But oh boy, what a whirlwind! My suite had that strong urine smell, and dirty tea mugs made an appearance. The air conditioning? Smelled like sewage! Cleaning was clearly not on the agenda, and we quickly learned to dine elsewhere.

Just a commendable fit for a weekend breather in Jalandhar at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I needed assistance with some local information. Bring your own toiletries as the supplies might be limited.

While the restaurant staff provides friendly and efficient service, the breakfast lacked non-spicy options, making it less inclusive with different preferences. The cleanliness of the rooms deserves commendation, but the linens could use renewal for added comfort.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the reception team was very helpful with arranging transportation and providing local advice, which made our exploration of the area much easier.

It was just a proper fit for a transient visit in Jalandhar with good value for cost. The restaurant staff went above and beyond, serving my son ice cream and sweets not included in the buffet without extra charges. Make sure to request a room with a city view if you want to enjoy the scenery.

Room was spacious with effective a/c, and the laundry service is super cheap. Enjoyed a fantastic spa treatment, too.
